迎接新起点,开启新篇章。近日,玛特宇宙杭州总部办公空间再度扩增,焕然一新的闹闹玛特商城、品牌中心、董事会综合办公室等新办公区域正式投入使用。扩增后,玛特宇宙总部办公总面积已近3000平方米。伴随公司团队规模的持续壮大,玛特宇宙还计划在西溪谷数智产业园进一步拓展办公空间,预计总部辐射面积扩至超过5000平方米。

新征程肩负新使命。全新办公空间的使用是玛特宇宙发展历程中的重要里程碑,也是公司迈向更高成就的全新起跑线。8月,在玛特宇宙&沃达福战略共识会上,公司指出,为更好的服务市场、促进企业数字化升级,公司将有多个战略新动向:

1)玛特宇宙将在教育板块进行重点布局,将更加重视数字化转型知识和理念的传播。玛特宇宙不仅将建立数字学堂,还会与行业领袖、宏观经济学家、金融专家以及国家级智库等机构建立战略合作关系,以站在一个更高的、更为前瞻的视角,去推动产业发展。

2)玛特宇宙将启动系统服务能力的升级工作,成立综合客服中心,覆盖从终端用户到合作伙伴的全方位服务。在运营体系方面,公司将进一步升级以更快响应市场期待,并基于过去的经验进行不断的优化和迭代。这些举措旨在建立一个能够支持数百万乃至上千万用户的完整服务体系,以满足所有与玛特宇宙合作的用户的需求。

3)为了加强生态体系的落地,公司专门成立了生态培育和生态落地推进部门,并将从本月起全面投入资源和团队力量。

4)玛特宇宙还将计划对闹闹玛特商城服务体系进行全面升级,将商城转变为一个集购物、积分兑换于一体的生活消费平台,鼓励所有成员在商城上消费。

公司表示,这些措施将有助于玛特宇宙更好地团结所有合作伙伴与用户,共同面对挑战,从而实现共创、共建、共享、共赢的目标。

玛特宇宙董事长兼总裁陈博在8月12日晚直播时强调了生态的重要性,企业的数字化转型基于每个企业、每个场景的具体发展需求、复杂业态和商业模式,需要制定符合企业发展需求的数字化融合方案。因此,玛特宇宙对企业生态模型在原有基础上进行迭代和优化,以更好地服务于生态。

从实践成果上来看,玛特宇宙在业务创新上已取得了显著成绩。

在数字文旅领域,玛特宇宙数字化一县一品及数字文旅全栈营销解决方案正在加速落地。8月7日,应炎陵县农业农村局的邀请,玛特宇宙旗下Web3.0价值电商——闹闹玛特商城,深入美丽的湖南株洲,圆满完成“数字化一县一品”溯源之旅,为当地特色农产品“炎陵黄桃”的品牌升级贡献了宝贵的“数字力量”。

在赋能传统文化方面,玛特宇宙步履不停。今年7月,玛特宇宙还作为“2024全球少林考功大赛”的战略合作单位,深度参与了少林文化全球传播事业。同月,玛特宇宙与曹美姐缂丝文化公司达成战略合作,双方拟共同推动缂丝文化的数字化保护与传承以及全球化传播。以“功夫少林”、非遗“缂丝”等为代表的多个项目的成功落地,展示了玛特宇宙在利用元宇宙技术赋能文化遗产数字化保护和传承这一领域的深厚积累。与此同时,万众期待的玛特·袋鼠音乐盛典即将在8月20日启幕,这场NFR+数字娱乐的盛事也是玛特宇宙在文娱数实融合领域的又一次实践。
