其指在一定周期内，通过在火币HTX交易指定币对，随后以$HTX的形式获得超额手续费返还的活动，超额返还的比例一般在102%-110%之间。

例如当前指定的币对为现货BTC/USDT，在活动期间A用户交易BTC/USDT花费了1,000U的手续费，那么他就可以获得价值1,050U的$HTX（假设返还比例为105%）。

如果是合约交易挖矿活动，则只会把报名用户的手续费收入用于回购。
