As growth-stage investors, we often say that excellent companies speak for themselves through their numbers. As a UK company required to disclose annual financial data, Revolut's figures are outliers, and this is a conservative estimate:

Ripple is participating in an initiative led by Singapore’s central bank to test cross-border trade settlements with RLUSD.

Ripple said it plans to pilot Unloq’s platform to automate payment releases when predefined conditions are met.

Ripple has joined the Singapore central bank's BLOOM initiative to pilot programmable cross-border trade settlements using the XRP Ledger and Ripple's dollar-pegged stablecoin RLUSD (RLUSD).

The company announced Wednesday that it is participating in BLOOM, a project led by the Monetary Authority of Singapore that seeks to advance settlement capabilities using tokenized bank liabilities and stablecoins.

Through a partnership with supply chain fintech firm Unloq, Ripple is set to deploy Unloq's SC+ platform — a smart-contract-driven trade finance infrastructure — to automate cross-border payment releases upon verified shipment conditions, according to the statement. 

The system integrates trade obligations, settlement conditions, and financing workflows into an execution layer, with RLUSD serving as the settlement asset. The structure aims to enhance risk transparency and improve access for small and medium-sized enterprises.

"Singapore continues to take a leading role globally in providing the regulatory clarity necessary for the digital asset space to thrive," Fiona Murray, Ripple’s managing director for Asia Pacific, said.

The US Treasury market is facing potential selling pressure from overseas official investors, a development that has triggered high market vigilance.

According to a research report released by Deutsche Bank on March 23, holdings of US Treasury bonds in foreign official accounts managed by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York have plummeted by $75 billion in the past four weeks, marking the largest monthly decline since the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Based on historical data and model calculations, this change implies that foreign official investors have actually net sold approximately $60 billion in US Treasury bonds, also the largest since the pandemic began.

As Bitcoin Consolidates, Signs Point to Potential Bottom Amid Market Calm: Research
Bitcoin’s price has steadied after recent volatility, suggesting the worst of the market turbulence may be behind investors.

Following a sharp weekend selloff that pushed bitcoin from around $75,000 to lows near $67,000, the digital asset has rebounded, supported by signs of constructive U.S.–Iran talks and easing selling pressure from ETFs and long-term holders. 

Despite closing the week down roughly 6%, the cryptocurrency shows resilience in its current range.

Research from K33 highlights that bitcoin has been trading sideways between $60,000 and $75,000 in recent weeks, a pattern often linked to market bottoms. 

K33 Head of Research Vetle Lunde noted that this consolidation reflects stabilization in both exchange-traded product flows and long-term holder behavior. “With bitcoin trading below $100,000, fewer investors are inclined to exit positions, helping anchor prices,” Lunde said.

ETF flows have turned mildly positive since late February, signaling an end to the heavy distribution phase that began after October’s all-time highs.

Meanwhile, supply held for more than six months is rising again, reinforcing the market’s structural stability.

Broader financial conditions remain uncertain, with rising oil prices, geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, and a hawkish Federal Reserve limiting risk appetite. Open interest in bitcoin perpetual swaps hovers near yearly lows, funding rates remain negative, and institutional participation has been muted.

Still, K33 describes the environment as constructive. Reduced selling pressure, stabilized flows, and range-bound price action suggest bitcoin may be transitioning out of a distribution phase toward a potential bottom.

Marshall Islands basic income effort gains crypto-connected backers

The company behind the Republic of the Marshall Islands’ universal basic income (UBI) program using a US dollar-pegged sovereign financial instrument has attracted some significant crypto-tied backers.

In a Tuesday notice shared exclusively with Cointelegraph, M1X Global announced that it had launched following a $3 million angel investment round by current and former executives connected to crypto and financial services companies.

According to the company, the funding will support the development and adoption of the USDM1 digital sovereign bond which allows citizens of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to access the UBI program.

While the Marshall Islands debuted USDM1 on the Stellar blockchain in December, M1X Global said it intended to expand the coin’s use cases into institutional markets. According to M1X co-founder and COO Jordan Goldman, the expanded access to the coin will allow it to “serve as high-quality collateral.”

Many countries have introduced similar programs furthering the adoption of digital assets, from the Bahamas launching the first central bank digital currency in 2021 to Palau backing blockchain savings bonds in 2024. The Bank of Canada said earlier this month that a pilot program had resulted in the issuance of the country’s first tokenized bond.

Solana cleared long liquidity, then started leaning toward shorts. On the 24-hour and 48-hour liquidation heatmaps, heavy topside liquidity sat between $94 and $96. If the price kept rising, shorts could have been forced out fast.

That was the attraction. Short squeezes turned violent because trapped traders became fuel. As a result, SOL did not need hype. It only needed strength to keep pushing and punish the late bears.

Can Solana reclaim $117 and keep rising?

At the time of writing, Solana [SOL] traded near $91.64 inside a rising structure. The chart pointed toward the broader $117-$145 range, but $117 stayed the reclaim. Clear that level, and Solana would have looked stronger than during the sideways mess.

However, failure to reclaim even $100 will signal weakness. Therefore, the bulls still have work to do. If momentum fades, the door back toward $67.60 will open again. That threat stays alive.

Are bulls leaving, and is it a warning sign?

Open Interest made the setup shakier. Why? Ceasefire hopes in the U.S.-Israel conflict with Iran briefly lifted sentiment, pushing OI to $5.92B. However, that strength faded fast, with OI dropping to $4.85B before recovering near $5.1B.
