The Moving Average Convergence Divergence indicator, which compares the 12-period and the 26-period exponential moving averages, flashed a “Buy” signal for $DOGE, according to TradingView.

To the contrary, the Bull Bear Power indicator, which measures the strength of buyers and sellers, flashed a "Sell" signal. The Relative Strength Index hovered in the "Neutral" territory.

Price Action: At the time of writing, $DOGE was exchanging hands at $0.07270, up 0.37% in the last 24 hours, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

Crypto exchanges are giving foreign traders access to Chinese AI stocks
Crypto traders are getting access to China’s AI stock rush through a route Beijing did not build for them. Instead of buying mainland shares, offshore investors are using perpetual futures tied to Chinese chip companies.

The contracts let users to wager on share values without actually holding the shares, and they are traded continuously on cryptocurrency exchanges.

Due to this arrangement, a distinct market for names has been established that is difficult for foreign capital to access through regular exchanges.

The biggest target is CXMT, a Chinese memory-chip maker due to start trading in Shanghai on Monday. TradeXYZ and Gate.com have listed perpetual contracts linked to the company before its public debut.

CoinGlass recorded about $19 million in CXMT perp volume over 24 hours. The chipmaker wants to collect nearly $10 billion, which would make the deal mainland China’s largest IPO since 2010.

Crypto platforms give offshore traders a way around China’s stock access rules

Beijing maintains a controlled framework to prevent foreign investment in Shanghai and Shenzhen stocks. Typically, foreign investors participate through the Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor framework or Hong Kong’s Stock Connect program.

There are restrictions to both methods. While limits limit the amount of money that can go through the authorized routes, Stock Connect only covers a limited number of businesses.

CXMT will enter Shanghai’s STAR Market, which has strict entry requirements for locals. Retail traders are required to maintain a minimum of 500,000 yuan, or around $74,000, in qualifying assets.

Additionally, a two-year trading history is necessary. This prevents many mainland purchasers from taking the company’s pricing into consideration.

Kraken Fed Master Account Delay Tests US Crypto Banking Access

Kraken Financial secured landmark Federal Reserve approval. Yet its master account remains inactive months later. The delay shows how compliance, technical integration, and operational readiness shape crypto banking access across the United States financial system.
Kraken Financial has not activated its Federal Reserve master account more than four months after securing approval. The delay leaves customer dollar wires dependent on an intermediary bank while Kraken prepares its systems and compliance controls.

The Wyoming-chartered bank became the first crypto-native institution to receive master account approval in March 2026. Still, it plans to complete a phased rollout before expanding its direct banking services.

The case shows that regulatory approval marks only one stage of direct access to Federal Reserve payment infrastructure. Technical connections, compliance procedures, and operational testing remain necessary before Kraken can use the account.

A Federal Reserve master account allows a bank to hold reserves directly with the central bank. It also permits direct settlement of US dollar transactions through Federal Reserve payment systems. Kraken could eventually use Fedwire without depending on correspondent banking partners. This structure may reduce exposure to banking disruptions and changes in risk policies at commercial banks.

For now, an intermediary banking partner continues to process customer dollar wire transfers. Kraken has said activation will begin gradually, with institutional clients receiving access before a wider deployment.

Kraken Financial applied for the account in October 2020. The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City later approved the request after a process lasting more than five years.
