According to Onchain Lens, the Worldcoin team sent 30 million WLD, worth $8.17 million, to a BitGo Custody wallet.

The wallet now holds 153.65 million WLD worth $41.35 million. AMBCrypto earlier reported that the team dumped 21.17 million Worldcoin [WLD] worth $5.5 million.

The previous sale followed the tokens’ movement to exchanges. Unlike the recent sale, the transfer to the custody wallet does not point to direct selling. 

However, the team tends to sell through OTC deals when tokens are moved to such a wallet, which doesn’t rule out the possibility. At the same time, the move could suggest repositioning for long-term holding. 

Therefore, the transfer to the custody wallet is not inherently bearish or bullish and often leads to a neutral market reaction.

Zcash Outperforms Cardano With 65% Price Run-Up, Flips Market Position

Privacy token Zcash ($ZEC) is up in the last 24 hours, taking its weekly gain to 65% according to CoinMarketCap data.

The recent rise has caused Zcash to surpass Cardano ($ADA)'s market capitalization and it is currently the 11th largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization with a valuation of $9.824 billion, while Cardano sits in the 12th spot of largest cryptocurrencies with a market cap of $9.81 billion.

$ZEC has risen over the past month following Multicoin Capital's disclosure of a "significant" position in the privacy coin. Prominent crypto fund Multicoin Capital disclosed it had been building a large Zcash position since February, saying that $ZEC's shielded transactions could offer security against increased government efforts to audit and tax visible crypto holdings.

Zcash is set to roll out quantum-recoverable wallets in readiness against future quantum computing threats. The privacy coin aims to achieve full post-quantum status within 12 to 18 months, putting it ahead of major cryptocurrencies in quantum readiness.

$ZEC is currently trading at $587, up 88% in the last 30 days and up 1278% on the year, but remains behind its November 2024 high near $750. This provides room for the rally to continue if the interest sustains. The next barrier is the $600 to $650 range, where $ZEC consolidated through late 2024.

What's next?
The difference between Zcash and Cardano's market capitalization is $0.01 billion, which leaves room for a potential flip in the coming sessions. Did Bitcoin ETFs drive BTC’s price? 
On the price front, the trend diverged from ETF performance. Instead of moving in line with inflows, Bitcoin’s price took the opposite path. On the 1st of May, when BTC ETFs recorded inflows, the asset was trading near $76,000. 

Thereafter, on the 6th of May, when the BTC ETF saw very little inflow, the price of BTC increased to about $82,000. Additionally, despite the BTC ETF recording outflows on the 7th and 8th of May, the price action was changing hands around $80K. 

Thus, examining the pattern shows that ETF flows drove the price spike rather than lagging it. 

How did institutional and retail participation push Bitcoin?
Notably, Bitcoin’s exchange netflow analysis, according to CryptoQuant, showed minimal yet consistent outflows.These withdrawals reduced the available BTC supply, signaling a bullish structure even as ETF flows remained erratic. As a result, Bitcoin’s price continued to rise and hold steady despite periods of ETF outflows.

Additionally, the rise in Active Addresses also confirmed that the market structure was strong.Simply put, institutions triggered Bitcoin’s price move, retail investors helped sustain it, and exchange outflows strengthened the rally by reducing sell pressure.

While the broader crypto market has recently shifted toward a stronger risk-on environment, $ARB’s rally appears increasingly disconnected from underlying liquidity conditions.

Instead of being supported by fresh capital inflows into the ecosystem, the move is largely being driven by spot market demand and short-term accumulation activity.

That divergence now places the asset in a vulnerable position as it approaches a critical supply-heavy resistance zone that could determine whether the rally sustains or reverses.

Arbitrum’s recent price expansion has not been matched by growth in key on-chain liquidity metrics. Both Total Value Locked (TVL) and stablecoin supply across the network have continued to decline, reflecting weakening capital participation within the ecosystem.

TVL, which tracks the total amount of assets locked across decentralized finance protocols on the network, often serves as a measure of investor confidence and ecosystem activity. Sustained declines typically indicate capital rotation away from the chain.

Since tje 18th of April, approximately $449 million has exited Arbitrum’s TVL. The scale of the outflow suggests that broader market conviction around the ecosystem remains fragile despite $ARB’s recent upside.

Data also showed TVL slipping by an additional 0.24% over the past 24 hours to roughly $1.57 billion at the time of writing.

Stablecoin liquidity has followed a similar trend. Since May 1, more than $1 billion in stablecoins has reportedly moved out of the Arbitrum network, highlighting a broader reduction in deployable capital across the chain.

Liquidity outflows of this magnitude often point to weakening confidence in a network’s near-term outlook,

The RSI Divergence Indicator has spiked to 73.11 — the highest reading since $TON’s launch on this timeframe.

That level is approaching overbought territory, which historically signals a short-term consolidation or pullback before the next leg.

The $2.00 area is now the key support to watch on any retracement.

Eugene said that following this breakout, major altcoins, primarily Ethereum, Solana, and HYPE, could take the lead and initiate a new uptrend. However, the trader added that prices should not experience renewed downward pressure.

On the 4th of May, 14,600 BTC was sold in a single day. This represented the greatest single-day profit-taking since December 2025, according to XWIN Japan.

The Bitcoin short-term holder SOPR had climbed to 1.016. It has also been above 1 since mid-April, meaning short-term holders have been selling at a profit since then. This metric reinforces the profit-taking idea and the lack of market conviction, likely born from experience with previous bear cycles.

The bounce above $76k improved holder profitability and encouraged sustained selling. This selling has not yet turned into an aggressive distribution from larger long-term holders, leaving the market at a critical inflection point.
