World Foundation Secures $52.5M to Scale World ID

The World Foundation confirmed it had raised $52.5 million through a private sale of $WLD tokens to institutional investors. According to the foundation, the proceeds will be used to accelerate the rollout of World ID, the project’s proof-of-humanity platform designed to verify human identity in an increasingly AI-driven digital economy.
