Latest onchain data from crypto analytics platform CryptoQuant shows that the Shiba Inu exchange activity has retreated from its recent bullish position, flashing negative signals.

The data shows the Shiba Inu exchange netflow has increased to over 69 billion $SHIB as the amount of $SHIB currently available for sale across all supported exchanges has surged substantially.

With the $SHIB exchange flow sitting at a net balance of 69,237,400,000 $SHIB, it implies that the amount of $SHIB tokens being sent to exchanges for sale over the last day is substantially higher than the amount of tokens removed from the exchanges for buying purposes.

Stand With Crypto, a U.S. crypto advocacy organization that says it has around 3 million registered advocates, reiterated that supporters have contacted Congress nearly 1 million times as it renewed its campaign for passage of the CLARITY Act.
The group is highlighting the outreach to underscore sustained public engagement with digital asset policy as lawmakers face a narrowing legislative calendar. Its 2025 report said advocates sent more than 925,000 emails to Congress that year and more than 1.1 million since the organization’s founding.

The CLARITY Act would create a federal regulatory framework for digital assets and clarify when the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) oversees a cryptocurrency or market intermediary. Its provisions could affect exchange registration, asset listings, customer disclosures, and enforcement involving fraud or manipulation.

Tokenization changes the math. By representing weather-linked cash flows as smart contracts on public blockchains, a farmer in Brazil or a roofing contractor in Florida could, in theory, purchase a parametric hedge without going through a bank. Oracles feed verified weather data on-chain, automation handles settlement, and fractional ownership lets users buy only the protection they need. The core logic isn’t new to DeFi, but the real-world impact would be.

The argument lands at a moment when real-world asset tokenization has stopped being a concept and started posting numbers. On-chain RWAs recently crossed $20 billion, with live institutional Treasury settlement between Ondo Finance and JPMorgan marking a regulatory and operational milestone. According to data from RWA.xyz, a leading platform that tracks tokenized RWA activity, the network attracted $2.6 billion in new RWA value over the past six months, excluding stablecoins.
