The exercise describes a steady multi-year decline, not a sudden crash or a guarantee that Strategy could meet every obligation under all market conditions.

Small businesses have challenged Donald Trump's latest tariffs in court, arguing the administration exceeded its authority. The lawsuits add to the legal uncertainty surrounding US trade policy and its impact on importers.
A fresh round of legal battles has erupted over US President Donald Trump’s latest tariff measures, with several small businesses challenging the administration’s decision to impose new import duties on goods from dozens of trading partners. The lawsuits argue that the White House has once again exceeded its legal authority by introducing sweeping tariffs under a different law after the US Supreme Court struck down an earlier version.

The latest challenges were filed in the US Court of International Trade shortly after the new tariffs came into effect. One lawsuit was brought by educational toy company Learning Resources, which had also challenged Trump’s earlier tariff policy. Another was filed by New York-based spice importer Burlap & Barrel and California watch retailer Collective Horology, represented by the Liberty Justice Center.

The businesses argue that the administration failed to justify the tariffs individually for each country affected. They also claim the government did not adequately explain how the duties would address the alleged use of forced labor, a requirement under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.

According to the lawsuits, the latest tariffs effectively replace the worldwide duties that were invalidated by the Supreme Court earlier this year. The challengers contend that changing the legal basis for the tariffs does not resolve the concerns raised by the court over presidential authority.

The Trump administration has defended the new measures, saying they target countries that have failed to prevent imports linked to forced labor.

Quantitative Magnitude of Concentration

As of the close of July 2026, the whale concentration indicator shows that approximately 707 large wallets control close to 94.49% of SHIB’s circulating supply. These addresses, which represent merely 0.04% of the total number of holders, accumulate an estimated value of $2.36 billion. This level of concentration places SHIB in an extreme position within the spectrum of high-market-capitalization digital assets.

The structure becomes even more critical when examining the upper tiers of the distribution. The ten largest wallets collectively hold 61.3% of the entire circulating supply. Furthermore, a subset of five primary addresses aggregates approximately 57% of the total tokens, equivalent to roughly 565 trillion units.

Within this group, a cluster of wallets that has maintained its position unchanged since 2020 is identifiable, accumulating approximately 103 trillion SHIB, which constitutes 8.51% of the total issuance.

Bitcoin’s open interest fell 1.75% over the last 24 hours. A decrease in open interest alongside an increase in spot price typically indicates short covering, signaling that short sellers are buying back contracts to exit positions.

That said, "Fear" sentiment prevailed in the market, according to the Crypto Fear & Greed Index.

Stock futures rallied overnight on Sunday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average Futures jumped 253 points, or 0.49%, as of 8:50 p.m. EDT. Futures tied to the S&P 500 gained0.66%, while Nasdaq 100 Futures climbed 1.21%.

BitMine Has Become Highly Undervalued
Meanwhile, there are signs that the company is highly undervalued. It has a market capitalization of $9.52 billion, much lower than its Ethereum holdings of $11 billion.

Most notably, unlike Strategy ), BitMine has no debt. Its only liability is from its preferred stock, which is expected to cost it almost $40 million a year.
