Chart setups confirm the smart money positioning, with bull flags and channel breakouts ready to resolve over the next few days.

Ondo Finance ($ONDO)

$ONDO trades at $0.41 on May 22 after slipping 1.73%. The token holds 60% of the tokenized stocks market, just as the SEC prepares an innovation framework for this category.

The 10% rally on May 21 followed those reports, and whales are already positioned for more. Santiment data showed the 1 million to 10 million $ONDO cohort grew its stash from 555.38 million to 594.05 million tokens earlier this month. That whale accumulation totalled roughly 38.67 million $ONDO over the period.

Cardano price analysis: $ADA remains weak
The $ADA/USD 4-hour chart is still bearish despite adding 1% to its value in the last 24 hours.

The bearish trend comes as $ADA is trading 0-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) at $0.2585.

The momentum indicators remain bearish but could improve thanks to rising retail demand.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) hovers around 48, approaching the 50 neutral level, indicating a fading bearish trend.

The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) histogram remains in the negative territory, hinting at persistent selling interest on rallies.

If the market recovery persists, the buyers would encounter immediate resistance just around the $0.2585 region, coinciding with the 50-day EMA.

However, a daily candle close above this level would allow the buyers to push $ADA’s price higher towards the 4-hour Inducement Liquidity at $0.2795.

Higher resistance levels at $0.2855 and $0.3567 continue to present a challenge in the near and medium term.

On the downside, the buyers have been holding the support at $0.2483 in recent days. A sustained decline below this support level would expose the demand at $0.2400. the daily candle closes below $0.2400, $ADA could record further losses and likely retest the $0.2200 support for the first time since February.

While the retail demand has improved in the last two days, the broader bearish structure continues to limit $ADA’s recovery attempts.

BlackRock Leads Bitcoin ETF Outflows
On May 21 alone, the Bitcoin ETF saw around $101 million outflow. Meanwhile, over the past few days, BlackRock Bitcoin ETF recorded as outflow of,

$325.6 million on May 19
$61.5 million on May 20
$103.7 million on May 21.
n total, BlackRock has now seen more than $1.15 billion leave its Bitcoin ETF in just four trading days. That represents nearly 75% of all Bitcoin ETF outflows during the recent selloff.

Other Bitcoin ETFs also saw investors pulling money out. ARK Invest’s ARKB lost around $163 million, while Fidelity Investments’ FBTC recorded roughly $114 million in outflows during the same period.

Why Are Investors Selling Bitcoin ETFs?
The recent ETF outflows are mainly linked to growing market uncertainty. Higher inflation data in the U.S. has increased fears that interest rates could stay high for longer. When interest rates rise, investors usually move away from risky assets like crypto.

At the same time, global tensions and weak stock markets have also pushed institutions to reduce risk.

Bitcoin Price Still Holds Above Key Support
Despite the heavy selling from ETFs, Bitcoin prices have not collapsed. As of now BTC continued trading near $77,500 during the latest session, showing that buyers are still active around lower support levels.

Crypto majors bitcoin and ether ($ETH) head into the weekend having been confined to a tight trading range over the past four days, with $BTC being trapped between $76,100 and $78,000.

The lack of volatility has led to little pockets of the altcoin market benefitting from the speculative nature of crypto investors. The AI sector was the recipient of such speculation on Friday as $NEAR increased by 28.5% while FET posted an 11.4% gain in the past 24 hours.

Conversely, privacy coins DASH, ZEC and XMR experienced a wave of sell pressure on Friday, eroding much of their early week rally, indicating that sector rotation is in full effect.

Brent crude oil dropped to $102 per barrel on Friday, down from $112 seen earlier this week as speculation swirls around a potential peace deal between Iran and the U.S.

U.S. equities responded well to the drop off in oil; Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at a record high on Friday, while Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500 are now up by 3% and 1.7% respectively since Tuesday's low, suggesting a return to risk-on sentiment.

Crypto futures market-wide volume rose modestly by 1% to $160 billion in the last 24 hours, while notional open interest (OI) remained stable near $128 billion. Liquidations declined sharply by 26% to $200 million. This setup reflects a calmer market with reduced forced liquidations, even as volume growth remains relatively muted.

Today's standout token is Near Protocol's $NEAR, which has gained over 25%. With the price rise, OI in futures tied to the token has surged to a record high of 282.53 million tokens. The OI-adjusted 24-hour cumulative volume delta is positive, a sign of aggressive buying at market orders rather than passive limit orders. This validates the upswing in prices. And last but not least, funding rates remain mildly positive, suggesting healthy leverage
