According to The Block, FG Nexus (FGNX) has divested all of its Ethereum assets, according to its latest SEC filing.

US-based digital asset treasury company FG Nexus has completely exited its Ethereum ($ETH) focused treasury strategy, which it launched approximately a year ago.

In a recent filing with the SEC, the company announced that it will sell all of its $ETH and wrapped staked $ETH (wstETH) assets as of June 30, 2026.

According to the company’s latest quarterly report to the SEC, FG Nexus incurred a loss of $45.207 million from its digital asset operations in the first half of 2026. Of this amount, $41.167 million was due to losses on $ETH investments

Metaplanet Stock Reacts as Company Reveals Bitcoin Yield and H1 2026 Revenue

Metaplanet stock remains under pressure despite a 9.6% Bitcoin Yield and holdings of 43,000 BTC.

Metaplanet reported ¥4.94 billion in H1 revenue, up 134% year-on-year, with operating profit rising 136%.

BlackRock increased its Metaplanet position to 3.73 million shares, worth about $5.18 million.

The Metaplanet stock is in focus after the Company reported strong first-half revenue and operating profit, and its Bitcoin holdings reached 43,000 BTC. The company also posted a 9.6% Bitcoin Yield and saw fresh interest from BlackRock.

Metaplanet Stock Rises Into Focus After Strong H1 Results

Metaplanet reported revenue of ¥4.94 billion for the first half of 2026, marking a 134% increase from the same period a year earlier. Operating profit also climbed 136% year-on-year to ¥3.33 billion.

The figures show that the company delivered strong growth during the period. Its operating margin stood at 67.4%, adding another notable point to the results as investors assess the company’s financial position.

Metaplanet also reported a Bitcoin Yield of 9.6% year to date. The figure tracks the growth in Bitcoin held relative to the company’s shares and has become an important part of how investors view the firm’s Bitcoin treasury strategy.

At the same time, Metaplanet’s Bitcoin holdings reached 43,000 BTC. This places its Bitcoin position at the center of its latest financial update and remains a major factor behind investor interest in the company.

However, the results were not positive across every measure. Net assets stood at ¥340.88 billion, down 25.7% from the end of fiscal 2025. That decline stands out alongside the sharp rise in revenue and operating profit.
