The Korean stock market continues to decline after the trading halt mechanism was lifted. SK Hynix stock plummeted 11.5%, leading the downturn. Other major stocks, including Samsung, also saw significant drops, with an 8.63% decrease. The Spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have been experiencing a prolonged period of negative performance.

Galaxy Research reports that net outflows of $6.35 billion over the past 30 days have caused U.S. spot Bitcoin [BTC] ETFs to record their worst monthly performance since their inception.

This number is the highest of all 582 rolling 30-day periods that the firm tracks, highlighting a notable exodus of institutional capital from Bitcoin investment products.

If the trend continues, such prolonged outflows could lessen the short-term demand support for Bitcoin prices. Needless to say, these outflows usually indicate waning investor sentiment, profit-taking, or a more general shift toward risk-off positioning.

During these 30 days, BlackRock’s IBIT experienced the biggest outflows, totaling $4.51 billion, making it the loser of the month. Morgan Stanley’s MSBT, on the other hand, saw $1.25 billion in inflows after winning in these 30 days.

While this happened, Bitcoin’s price dropped from about $76K in early May to $64K at the time of publication.

As can be seen, it’s the Bitcoin price that triggered the outflows, which caused the price to move from a bullish to a bearish zone.

On the other hand, the Ripple [$XRP] ETF and Hype [$HYPE] ETF both recorded inflows during the past month.However, in the face of this lackluster momentum, Franklin Templeton submitted a proposal to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to establish a new ETF that would turn stock dividends into exposure to Bitcoin.

According to a recent filing, the Franklin US Equity Bitcoin DRIP Index ETF is the proposed product that aims to replicate the VettaFi US Large-Cap 500 Bitcoin DRIP Index.

In these past 30 days, BlackRock’s IBIT experienced the biggest outflows, whereas Morgan Stanley’s MSBT saw the largest inflows.

While other central banks, such as the European Central Bank and the Bank of England, have signaled potential rate cuts, the Fed has consistently emphasized its data-dependent approach, keeping the door open for further tightening if inflation proves stubborn. This interest rate differential makes dollar-denominated assets more attractive to global investors, bolstering demand for the currency.

Furthermore, recent US economic data, particularly in the labor market and services sector, has consistently outperformed expectations. This economic resilience provides the Fed with the latitude to keep monetary policy restrictive, further supporting the dollar. Conversely, economic growth in the Eurozone and the UK has been more sluggish, putting pressure on their respective currencies and indirectly boosting the DXY.

On June 22, the Finbold AI Agent predicted that the $ADA price could experience further bearish sentiment by July 1. Precisely, the AI’s Cardano price prediction is for a potential 5.38% drop, bringing the price back to $0.152 on July 1.

The Finbold AI Agent leveraged several Large Language Models (LLMs) – including Claude Opus 4.6, DeepSeek Chat, and Grok 4.1 – to generate this $ADA price prediction. Additionally, this AI tool used several technical indicators, including the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), the Relative Strength Index (RSI), and the 50- and 200-day Simple Moving Averages (SMAs).

As such, Claude Opus 4.6 predicted that the Cardano price could drop by approximately 3.1%, to $0.156. Meanwhile, DeepSeek Chat estimates the altcoin to fall roughly 9.64% over the coming days to reach $0.145.

The Finbold AI agent could be predicting a further Cardano price selloff over the coming 8 days due to the altcoin’s established momentum. Over the past 30 days, the $ADA price plunged by more than 32%, trading at around $0.16 at the time of reporting.As such, the altcoin has capitulated by more than 94% from its all-time high. At press time, $ADA had a market capitalization of $6 billion.

From a technical analysis standpoint, if Cardano price rebounds above $0.188, last week’s peak, the AI’s Cardano price prediction for July 1 could be invalidated, and vice versa. Such a move could be bolstered if Bitcoin (BTC) price leads the broader crypto industry in bullish sentiment
