Nearly 30% of all circulating ZEC is now held in shielded balances — the highest ratio in Zcash history. Over the past 12 months, the Orchard shielded pool has grown from 1.92M ZEC to 4.55M ZEC, showing that privacy usage is not just speculation anymore — it’s structural growth.
At the same time:
🔹 ZEC price is up roughly 50% in the last 30 days
🔹 Grayscale has filed to convert its Zcash Trust into an ETF
🔹 Institutional interest in privacy assets appears to be returning
What makes this interesting is that ZEC is still down around 35% year-to-date despite the recent rally.
