На сегодняшний день американская платформа токенизации Ondo Global Markets получила разрешение регулирующих органов на предложение токенизированных акций европейским инвесторам.

В Лихтенштейне Financial Market Authority (FMA) выдало Ondo разрешение на запуск токенизированных акций и биржевых инвестиционных фондов (ETF) в Европейском союзе и European Economic Area (EEA), сообщила компания во вторник.

«Благодаря этому важному событию более 500 000 000 инвесторов в 30 европейских странах вскоре получат доступ к регулируемому доступу к рынкам США напрямую через блокчейн», - заявила Ondo.

Как государство-член EEA, Лихтенштейн внедрил общеевропейскую систему рынков криптовалютных активов (MiCA) посредством MiCA Implementation Act в EEA (EWR-MiCA-DG), вступившего в силу в феврале.

После истечения переходного режима 31 декабря 2025 года поставщики услуг по криптовалютным активам (CASP) должны получить разрешение MiCA от FMA Лихтенштейна.
