The crypto market is holding steady today. However, major tokens are in red as they drop modestly in value in the last 24 hours. As a result of that, the overall market valuation is down by 2.3% from the previous day.

Bitcoin Drops to $109k
For instance, Bitcoin is down by 2.44% today. Currently, it’s trading for $109,393 despite starting the day above $112k during the Asian season.
This seems to be a result of the drop in market activity which is down by 15% today. Meanwhile, about $55.69 billion is recorded during the period. Leading to $2.18 trillion in its market cap.
Altocoins Follows Sell Pressure
Ethereum, the second largest crypto currently, is down 3.45% in the last 24 hours. Although the token is still holding up above the $4000 level, the token dropped from its intraday high of $4,481 when it was consolidating during the Asian session. At the time of writing this report, ETH is trading for $4,317.
Trading activity is also down, but by a modest 1.45% in 24 hours with $35.45 billion in trading volume. Market cap is currently sitting at $521 billion, according to CoinMarketCap.
World Liberty Financial WLFI, saw the most drop, over 24% in 24 hours. Meanwhile, this is the third consecutive day if it would experience outflow since its launch early this month. Currently WLFI is trading for $0.1663, down 27% from its launch price.
However, trading activity is up by 44% to $1.78 billion in trading volume. This suggests that the majority of the activity are traders selling their gains from the launch. Meanwhile, the market cap has also dropped by 23%, and now sits at $4.1 billion.

In addition to that, 102,160 traders were liquidated from those positions in the last 24 hours. According to data from Coinglass, total liquidation was around $253 million. $198.79 from that was from traders who bet on long positions while the rest was from shorts.
