Помощник президента России, председатель Морской коллегии Николай Патрушев в ходе совещания в Салехарде указал на проблему майнинга и дефицита электроэнергии на Ямале, передает ТАСС. Полпред президента в Сибирском федеральном округе (СФО) Анатолий Серышев заявил, что регион найдет решение в ближайшее время.

В начале года на территориях России, признанных энергодефицитными, майнинг был ограничен до весны 2031 года. В список вошли республики Северного Кавказа, ЛНР, ДНР, Запорожская и Херсонская области, юг Иркутской области, а также Бурятия и Забайкалье. Добыча криптовалют в ЯНАО не запрещена.

На встрече 26 августа Патрушев отметил, что дефицит электроэнергии в СФО составил 1,2 ГВт, хотя еще недавно Серышев сообщал о профиците и активном майнинге. В ответ он услышал, что регион не видит положительного эффекта от добычи криптовалют и ведет борьбу с майнерами.

«Я как раз останавливал процесс, говоря, что майнинг нас «уничтожит». И именно Сибирскому федеральному округу удалось инициировать процесс, ускорить принятие закона. Идет борьба. Те, кто занимаются майнингом, старательно борются, призывают создавать мощные дата-центры, но моя оценка: мы до сих пор не получили никаких значимых платежей от тех компаний, которые занимаются майнинговой деятельностью», — сказал Серышев.

На замечание Патрушева о том, что майнинг продолжается даже при дефиците электроэнергии, Серышев ответил, что этот вопрос заслуживает детального внимания. Он заверил, что власти региона и министерство энергетики в ближайшее время найдут решение.

В середине июля заместитель председателя правительства Александр Новак провел совещание по вопросу энергоснабжения майнеров, в котором приняли участие представители федеральных органов власти, депутаты Госдумы, энергетики и представители отрасли. Вице-премьер поручил тогда Минэнерго доработать предложения по введению для майнеров отдельной категории энергопотребителей, а также по усилению ответственности за незаконный майнинг.

A concurrent weakening of the KRW also contributed to the trading spike, independent of the fee waiver. The analysis suggests that once the promotion ends, Upbit is unlikely to retain its temporary gains unless it matches Coinone's permanent zero-fee policy, forcing a choice between market share and fee revenue. Upbit's strategic push may be less about immediate profit and more about preparing for future regulatory shifts. With South Korea's *Digital Asset Basic Act* on the horizon, which will regulate KRW-backed stablecoins, and following Dunamu's (Upbit's parent) integration into Naver Financial to build a payment ecosystem, securing a dominant position in the dollar stablecoin distribution channel holds long-term strategic value. However, potential regulatory conflicts could prevent Upbit from listing a future Naver-issued KRW stablecoin, making the current fight for dollar stablecoin flow even more critical.
