AI 云服务巨头 CoreWeave 正与数字基础设施公司 Core Scientific 就收购事宜重新展开谈判，这距离其去年收购提议被拒已过去约一年时间。

6 月 26 日，据媒体报道，CoreWeave 与数字基础设施公司 Core Scientific 的收购事宜可能在未来几周内敲定交易，前提是双方不出现重大分歧。报道指出，随着人工智能需求激增，数据中心空间和电力资源短缺问题日益突出，促使相关企业通过并购来获得更多计算资源和基础设施能力。

Core Scientific 是众多试图从 AI 热潮中获益的比特币挖矿公司之一。人工智能应用的爆发式增长，导致数据中心空间和电力资源出现短缺，而这为拥有大量计算基础设施的加密货币挖矿企业提供了转型机会。
