Палата представителей штата Аризона приняла законопроект HB 2324 о создании резервного фонда для конфискованных криптоактивов.

Документ направили на подпись губернатору Кэти Хоббс. Ранее его одобрил Сенат штата.

Инициатива наделяет казначея полномочиями по созданию резервного фонда, состоящего из биткоина и других цифровых активов. В его ведении окажутся криптовалюты, изъятые в рамках уголовных дел.

Фонд сможет инвестировать, реинвестировать и продавать цифровые активы или ETF на их основе.

Законопроект устанавливает порядок распределения средств от продажи конфискованных активов. Первые $300 000 направят в Оборотный фонд по борьбе с рэкетом. Суммы сверх этого лимита разделят: 50% пойдут в тот же фонд, 25% — в Общий фонд штата, а оставшиеся 25% — в новый Резервный фонд биткоина и цифровых активов.

HB 2324 — второй криптовалютный законопроект Аризоны. В прошлом месяце штат принял HB 2749, который технически создает в штате резерв из невостребованных цифровых активов.

Напомним, в мае Хоббс наложила вето на законопроект SB1025. Он предоставлял казначею и пенсионным фондам возможность вкладывать в цифровые валюты вроде биткоина до 10% средств.

However, some external analysis suggests that due to increased token usage, the actual cost per task for Sonnet 5 may be higher than both Sonnet 4.6 and Opus 4.8.
