Команда Loopring объявила о прекращении работы своего кошелька к концу июня 2025 года. По словам команды Loopring, Loopring Wallet навсегда перейдет в автономный режим 30 июня, и пользователям рекомендуется вывести свои активы. Закрытие кошелька означает, что интеллектуальный пользовательский интерфейс кошелька, доступный через мобильный телефон, больше не будет доступен после указанной даты.

Кошелек использует неизменяемые смарт-контракты для работы. Однако доступ осуществляется через сопутствующее мобильное приложение. Приложение больше не будет получать обновления и в конечном итоге будет удалено из магазинов приложений. Команда пояснила, что закрытие кошелька не повлияет и не нарушит работу протокола Loopring L-2.

Ранние действия в рамках объявленных сроков позволят пользователям кошелька Loopring без помех переместить свои активы и избежать потенциальных сбоев. Согласно обновлению Loopring, популярными альтернативами для перевода активов являются MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet и Rainbow Wallet.
