Запуск токена в рамках инициативы Horizon c фокусом на интеграцию RWA и DeFi не предусмотрен. Об этом заявил основатель Aave Стани Кулечов, сославшись на консенсус ДАО в этом вопросе.

Overall consensus across the Aave DAO is that there is no interest on other tokens. The consensus will be respected, Aave DAO is a real DAO. RWA exploration will continue once a right approach is found.

В марте Horizon презентовали как лицензированный форк Aave с собственной конфигурацией для институционального рынка.

В рамках «проверки температуры» участники сообщества отклонили предложение, которое подразумевало 15% распределение и разделение доходов в случае создания новой монеты.

Это вызвало опасения, что появление дополнительного актива подорвет ценность AAVE и его позиционирование как единственного governance- и utility-токена.
