According to official sources, Huobi HTX has announced an upgrade to its 100% reserve proof method, which will use zero-knowledge proof technology. Users can verify asset security without exposing sensitive information. As one of the earliest exchanges to implement reserve proof, Huobi HTX has been conducting monthly Merkle tree reserve audits since the end of 2022, and publicly disclosing them to ensure that users can deposit and withdraw assets safely anytime, anywhere. Recently, following the Merkle tree reserve proof method, Huobi HTX upgraded to a version of the reserve proof method using ZK (zero-knowledge proof) technology, creating a safer and more private digital asset trading environment for users.
