1. Project Introduction
This project is a AAA-rated first-person shooter (FPS) game powered by blockchain technology. It offers competitive multiplayer gameplay with a high degree of openness, similar to Rainbow Six Siege, allowing players to design extensive terrains and in-game assets. The game is built using Avalanche's subnet architecture, which enables lower transaction fees and faster confirmation times. Additionally, all game modeling tools and true digital ownership are hosted on-chain. The project is deployed on the Avalanche (AVAX) chain and developed by the independent game studio Neon, whose parent company HBO is renowned for producing hit series like Game of Thrones.

Mark Long: CEO of SHRAPNEL. A designer and New York Times bestselling author with a passion for GameFi, Web3, and cloud gaming. He has over 27 years of experience in the gaming industry, having produced 32 games across platforms from SEGA Genesis to Oculus Rift.
Aaron Nonis: COO of SHRAPNEL, and former COO of NEON Media.
Don Norbury: Co-founder and studio head at SHRAPNEL, also co-founder and CTO of Neon.
Calvin Zhou: Co-founder and business development lead at SHRAPNEL, with a background in 4D Factory and Alare Advisors. He is a Columbia University graduate.
Ben Perszyk: Chief Strategy Officer at SHRAPNEL and former partner at Polychain Capital. He previously worked as a product specialist at Airbnb and graduated from the University of Oregon.
Funding: April 2022: $7 million seed round led by Dragonfly, Sfermion, DeFiance Capital, Spartan Group, Overwolf, Three Arrows Capital, and Jason Zhao.
