HTX will conduct a major upgrade on our futures copy trading system, starting at 02:00 (UTC) on November 26, 2025, with an estimated duration of 6 hours. After the upgrade, please update your HTX App to the latest version to enjoy the enhanced copy trading experience.

Upgrade Highlights

1. Superior Copy Trading Experience: Comprehensive optimization of futures trading functions for smoother and more intuitive operations.

2. Smarter Copy Mode: A new profit synchronization mechanism ensures more precise trading performance.

I. Preparation Before the Upgrade

This upgrade will be conducted through a unified platform-wide upgrade. No manual action is required from users. Starting three days before the upgrade, users will no longer be able to open new positions, but closing positions will remain available.

Note: Existing orders to open or close positions will not be canceled and will remain pending until filled.

II. Upgrade Commencement

When the upgrade begins, the system will automatically cancel all unfilled orders, and close all open positions along with their corresponding profit-sharing settlements.

Note: To avoid potential losses due to system liquidation, please ensure that you have no open copy trading positions or pending orders before the upgrade begins.

III. During the Upgrade

Trading functions will be temporarily suspended, but users can still view copy trading-related information.

IV. After the Upgrade

1. App: After the upgrade is complete, entering the copy trading page will trigger a pop-up reminder. Please follow the instructions to update your app to the latest version to access the new system.

2. Web: Simply refresh the page to experience the upgraded system.

V. Asset Transfer

1. Followers (not following any lead trader): Funds in your Copy Trading account will be transferred to your Spot account.

2. Followers (following lead traders): Funds in your Copy Trading account will be evenly distributed among the lead traders being followed.

3. Lead Traders: Funds in your Copy Trading account will be fully migrated to the new lead trading account in the upgraded system.

VI: Important Notes

1. The upgrade will not affect existing copy trading relationships.

2. After the upgrade, the old version of the copy trading feature on HTX App will be discontinued. Please make sure to update your app to the latest version.

3. Historical data from the past 3 months will be retained. Details on data retrieval will be provided after the new system goes live.

4. Temporary fluctuations in asset display may occur during the upgrade. This is normal, and user funds will remain safe and unaffected. All data will return to normal after the upgrade is complete.
