Eligible users can now share exclusive gift packs containing popular tokens, futures trial bonuses, spot trading fee rebate vouchers, and more. Both new and existing users can unlock rewards by completing designated tasks after claiming a gift pack.

 

I. What is Gift Drops on HTX?

Gift Drops is an exclusive reward-sharing feature provided by HTX for eligible users. Gift senders can share platform-issued gift packs with friends, while recipients — whether new or existing users — can complete specific tasks to unlock the corresponding rewards.

II. Sender Guide — How to Share Gift Packs

HTX has already prepared shareable gift packs for eligible users. Simply head to the sharing page to get started:

1. Access the Feature: Open the HTX App, log in to your account, tap More on the homepage, then select Gift Drops.
2. Choose a Gift Pack: Each user may receive multiple gift packs, and every pack corresponds to a different recipient category. Different categories are subject to those displayed on the page. Examples include:
   1. "New users": Only available to newly registered users.
   2. "1st-time spot traders": Only available to users who have not yet completed their first spot trade.
   3. “Active Users”: Only available to existing users.
3. Share the Gift Pack: Gift packs can be shared through a link, poster, or UID.
4. Sharing Limits: The number of gift packs and reward quotas available for sharing may vary by user. Please refer to the product page for your specific limits.

 

III. Recipient Guide — How to Claim Gift Packs

Both new and existing users can claim gifts through any browser or directly within the HTX App.

 

Step 1: Sign Up/Log In to Lock Your Gift Packs

Tap the exclusive link shared by your friend or scan the QR code on the poster to enter the claim page. Enter your email or phone number and complete signup or login as instructed to lock your gift pack.

 

Step 2: Complete Tasks to Receive Rewards

Each gift pack comes with different limited-time tasks. Please go to Rewards Hub → Flash Gifts to view and complete the required tasks.

 

⚠️ Notes:

• Tasks must be completed before they expire, otherwise the gift pack will become invalid.
• Gift packs are limited. Please complete the tasks as soon as possible after locking your packs.
• HTX will conduct risk-control reviews on participating accounts. Accounts flagged by risk control may become ineligible to unlock gifts.

 

Step 3: Claim Your Rewards

Once the required tasks are completed, visit Rewards Hub → Flash Gifts and tap to claim your rewards.

Claimed rewards can be viewed in the My Rewards section.

 

FAQs

1. If I receive a gift link from a friend, will I automatically receive rewards after entering my email or phone number?

No. After entering your email or phone number, you must successfully complete signup or login to lock your gift pack and establish the referral relationship. After that, you must complete the designated tasks in Rewards Hub and manually claim rewards before the event ends.

 

2. As a sender, how many people can access my gift link?

Each gift pack has a maximum claim quota, which refers to the number of unique users who successfully complete signup or login to lock the gift pack. Please refer to the quota displayed on your Gift Drops page. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

3. What referral bonus rate will I enjoy if a new user signs up through my gift link?

Once the referral relationship is successfully established, referral bonuses will be calculated based on your current referral bonus settings. You can check details anytime on the My Bonuses page.

 

4. Why can’t I find the Gift Drops feature in the HTX App?

The Gift Drops feature is currently available by invitation only. Eligibility is updated periodically based on factors such as your account activity and trading volume. Users without the sharing privilege can still receive and claim gifts shared by others.

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

1. To ensure fairness, each new or existing user may claim a gift pack of the same type only once. If multiple referral links are received, the platform will recognize the first gift pack you locked by entering your email and corresponding sender.
2. If the sender themselves meet the eligibility of the gift category, they may also claim the gift once.
3. Gift Drops supports a “lock gift pack first, complete tasks later” mechanism. Once a recipient locks a gift pack, the platform will establish a referral or win-back relationship with their inviter based on account status:
   1. New Users: If the recipient has not registered with HTX before claiming the gift, a referral relationship will automatically be established after the gift pack is locked.
   2. Returning Users: If the recipient is an existing user who has not logged in, deposited, or traded for 180 days, a win-back relationship will automatically be established after the gift pack is locked.
   3. Active Users: For all other active users, existing referral relationships will remain unchanged and will not be affected by claiming gifts.
   4. Once a referral or win-back relationship is established, future bonuses and related benefits will be settled according to HTX’s existing referral and win-back policies.
4. Rewards available in Gift Drops may include, but are not limited to popular tokens, futures trial bonuses, and spot trading fee rebate vouchers. See how to use the rewards below:
   1. Token coupons can be used for spot trading or withdrawals.
   2. Futures trial bonuses are for futures trading.
   3. Spot trading fee rebate vouchers can offset spot trading fees.
   4. All rewards come with their validity periods and usage conditions. Please refer to the My Rewards page for detailed rules. Expired rewards will automatically become invalid.
