The total value locked (TVL) in Ethereum Layer 2 has dropped to $9.65 billion, with a 3.27% decrease in the past 7 days. The top 5 locked amounts are: Arbitrum One ($5.35 billion, down 4.91% in the past 7 days); OP Mainnet ($2.52 billion, down 3.03% in the past 7 days); zkSync Era ($401 million, down 8.03% in the past 7 days); dYdX ($334 million, down 1.08% in the past 7 days); and Base ($246 million, up 5.98% in the past 7 days).
