Inveniam Capital Partners Plans to Acquire MANTRA

On June 16, Layer 1 blockchain MANTRA, focused on the tokenization of real-world assets, will be acquired by its strategic investor Inveniam. The two parties announced the transaction on Tuesday. This deal comes after MANTRA's native token experienced a significant crash in 2025, leading the company to restructure and implement layoffs. Prior to MANTRA's restructuring in August last year, Inveniam had invested $20 million in the company.
