Beribit, a crypto exchange in Russia, is facing a lot of anger from its customers. More than 25,000 users want access to their money because they've heard about some money problems with the company.

People got so upset that they went to Beribit's offices in Moscow and stayed there for 24 hours, demanding to get back their money, which adds up to millions of dollars and rubles. The trouble started after Russian authorities got involved because of something called the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack.

Beribit said they found some money issues when new leaders took over, so they're checking their finances. But things got worse when more than fifty customers showed up at their offices, asking for over $4 million back. Videos online showed promises to fix things in 1-15 days, but customers weren't happy about it.

When Beribit employees tried to leave, angry customers stopped them, and the police had to come. Beribit says they're giving back money to people who filed police reports, but many customers are still worried.

There's a bill being talked about in the State Duma to ban crypto exchanges because of security concerns. But some government officials are not sure if it's a good idea because it might make Russia's defense weaker.

With all this going on, Beribit and its customers are stuck waiting for things to get sorted out. It's a confusing and uncertain time for everyone involved in the cryptocurrency world in Russia.
