StarkNet Staking Phase 2 to Launch in Q2 of 2023

StarkNet (STRK), a Layer 2 scalability network for Ethereum, recently announced via its official Twitter handle that "StarkNet’s staking phase 2 is expected to launch as early as Q2 2023." This much-anticipated phase builds on the success of Phase 1, which saw an impressive 150 million STRK staked through the participation of 100 validators and over 60k delegators. The upcoming Phase 2 is expected to introduce several enhancements to the staking ecosystem. One of the key changes is the introduction of a new staking mechanism called "delegation pools." These pools will allow delegators to stake their STRK tokens without the need to run their own nodes, making staking more accessible to a wider range of users. In addition to delegation pools, Phase 2 is expected to bring improved security features, enhanced rewards, and a more user-friendly interface.
