В Шанхае, финансовой столице Китая, официально начал работу международный операционный центр цифрового юаня (e-CNY). Об этом сообщил Народный банк Китая (PBOC), подчеркнув, что новая институция должна способствовать интернационализации китайской валюты и развитию цифровых финансовых сервисов.

Инициатива стала частью восьми новых мероприятий, объявленных председателем PBOC Пан Гуншеном на форуме Lujiazui в июне.

По его словам, центр призван «продвигать интернационализацию цифровой валюты и развитие финансовых рыночных сервисов, одновременно поддерживая инновации в цифровых финансах».

Вместе с открытием центра представлены три ключевые платформы: система трансграничных цифровых платежей, блокчейн-платформа и цифровой финансовый маркетплейс.

Тянь Сюань, президент Национального института финансовых исследований Университета Цинхуа, отметил глобальное значение этого шага:

«Это способствует усилению влияния Китая в мировой финансовой системе и обеспечивает открытое, инклюзивное и инновационное китайское решение для совершенствования глобальной системы трансграничных платежей».

Запуск центра происходит на фоне активных усилий Пекина расширить международное использование юаня и уменьшить зависимость от доллара. В частности, китайские власти рассматривают возможность разрешения стейблкоинов, обеспеченных юанем. В августе 2025 года издание Reuters сообщило, что такой шаг обсуждается на правительственном уровне.

До этого Китай начал тестировать стейблкоины в Гонконге из-за угрозы оттока капитала и доминирования доллара.

На прошлой неделе финтех-компания AnchorX из Гонконга запустила первый стейблкоин, привязанный к международной версии юаня (CNH), ориентированный на валютные рынки. Токен призван облегчить трансграничные расчеты между странами, участвующими в китайской инициативе «Один пояс — один путь».

Хотя в 2021 году материковый Китай запретил торговлю и майнинг криптовалют, последние шаги свидетельствуют о постепенном переосмыслении стратегии, ориентированной на контролируемое использование цифровых финансовых инструментов.

A concurrent weakening of the KRW also contributed to the trading spike, independent of the fee waiver. The analysis suggests that once the promotion ends, Upbit is unlikely to retain its temporary gains unless it matches Coinone's permanent zero-fee policy, forcing a choice between market share and fee revenue. Upbit's strategic push may be less about immediate profit and more about preparing for future regulatory shifts. With South Korea's *Digital Asset Basic Act* on the horizon, which will regulate KRW-backed stablecoins, and following Dunamu's (Upbit's parent) integration into Naver Financial to build a payment ecosystem, securing a dominant position in the dollar stablecoin distribution channel holds long-term strategic value. However, potential regulatory conflicts could prevent Upbit from listing a future Naver-issued KRW stablecoin, making the current fight for dollar stablecoin flow even more critical.
