Платформа Polymarket переходит на обновленный контракт Managed Optimistic Oracle V2 (MOOV2) от UMA. Он позволит вносить предложения по закрытию рынков только адресам из белого списка. Решение одобрено 6 августа 2025 года в рамках голосования по управлению UMA (UMIP-189).

MOOV2 призван снизить количество необоснованных и преждевременных предложений, которые в старой системе OOV2 часто вызывали споры и задержки до четырех дней. Теперь предложения смогут подавать лишь проверенные авторы, тогда как оспаривать их по-прежнему разрешено всем пользователям.

По данным PolymarketGuide, новая модель подразумевает предварительное обсуждение идеи перед ее подачей. В белый список изначально вошли 37 адресов, включая сотрудников Risk Labs и Polymarket, а также пользователей с более чем 20 подтвержденными предложениями и точностью выше 95%.

UMA и Polymarket считают, что опытная группа авторов снизит вероятность ошибок на неконфликтных рынках, таких как спорт, погода или цены криптовалют. Однако критики называют это шагом к централизации и предлагают решать проблему за счет более четких правил, а не ограничения участников.

Обновление также направлено на защиту от манипуляций и атак на систему управления. Переход на MOOV2 пока в тестовой фазе — Polymarket уже запустил первые запросы в основной сети Polygon с реальными вознаграждениями за предложения.

A concurrent weakening of the KRW also contributed to the trading spike, independent of the fee waiver. The analysis suggests that once the promotion ends, Upbit is unlikely to retain its temporary gains unless it matches Coinone's permanent zero-fee policy, forcing a choice between market share and fee revenue. Upbit's strategic push may be less about immediate profit and more about preparing for future regulatory shifts. With South Korea's *Digital Asset Basic Act* on the horizon, which will regulate KRW-backed stablecoins, and following Dunamu's (Upbit's parent) integration into Naver Financial to build a payment ecosystem, securing a dominant position in the dollar stablecoin distribution channel holds long-term strategic value.
