On the other hand, the second GOAT project serves a more serious purpose as a Bitcoin Layer 2 solution. Designed to address critical concerns related to security and liquidity fragmentation within the Bitcoin ecosystem, this project integrates decentralized sequencers and a novel locking mechanism based on Bitcoin Script.
Aims:
