Банк России намерен разрешить фондам приобретать деривативы на криптовалюту, заявил замглавы департамента инвестиционных финансовых посредников ЦБ Валерий Красинский.

«Планируем уравнять условия с брокерами и разрешить расчетные производные финансовые инструменты на криптовалюту», — сказал господин Красинский (цитата по РБК). Он отметил, что сейчас существуют «несколько регуляторных препятствий», однако регулятор считает, что работу можно запустить в 2026 году.

По словам представителя ЦБ, проект нормативного акта уже составлен.
