Сулейменов подчеркнул, что сейчас граждане пользуются либо нелегальными обменниками, либо уходят на зарубежные площадки. Национальный криптообменник позволит населению покупать и продавать цифровые активы в рамках установленных лимитов и ограничений. Это также позволит лучше защитить население от потенциальных рисков инвестиций в высокорисковые активы. Немаловажен и сам контроль за оборотом криптовалют и использованием таких активов для преступной деятельности.

«Расширение оборота криптовалют требует применения взвешенного и сбалансированного подхода, учитывающего как экономические возможности, так и присущие рынку криптоактивов риски», ― подчеркнул председатель Нацбанка Казахстана.

Также Сулейменов заявил, что в стране сохранится запрет на использование криптовалют в качестве средства платежа. Зато, благодаря созданию целой государственной криптовалютной экосистемы, появится возможность создания массового цифрового актива, обеспеченного национальной валютой. Конкретные поправки в законодательные акты планируется представить в августе 2025 года.

Its long-term value will depend on resilience to adaptive traffic analysis and scalability without performance loss.
