Белорусский цифровой рубль введут в оборот в 2026 году

Во второй половине 2026 года в Беларуси начнет полноценно функционировать цифровой рубль (CBDC). Об этом сообщил председатель правления Национального банка Роман Головченко в программе «Актуальное интервью», пишет БЕЛТА.

Нацбанк выделил три основные направления для запуска CBDC:

  • разработка требований к платформе;
  • создание программного обеспечения;
  • формирование нормативной базы.

«Вопрос сохранности средств остается для нас приоритетным. Это касается возможности отслеживать движение цифрового рубля на всех этапах», — отметил Головченко.

Сначала доступ к активу получат компании. В 2027 году он станет доступен для государственных органов и граждан.

В планах Нацбанка также использование цифрового рубля в трансграничных расчетах. Головченко уточнил, что Беларусь активно сотрудничает с Россией в этом направлении, разрабатывая подходы к взаимной интеграции национальных валют.

Напомним, в апреле 2023 года в стране разработали и утвердили концепцию CBDC, а в июле сообщили о планах по ее использованию.
