On top of this base, ARC aims to connect developers, service providers, applications, and incentive mechanisms, organizing composable AI services into a discoverable, callable ecosystem.

At the technical layer, Rig provides modules for model invocation, tool calling, workflows, vector retrieval, memory, and on-chain integration, allowing developers to compose different models and data services through a unified interface. At the ecosystem layer, components include Arc Forge, the Handshake program, a service registry, and the Ryzome concept. Once integrated, services can be discovered and called by agents, with human confirmation retained for sensitive operations.
