AI算力对光模块的旺盛需求是过去一段时间“易中天”等光模块概念股大热的根本,但此前市场对光模块的核心元件以及制造光模块核心元件的设备却关注度较低,尤其是设备厂商,相当于光模块上游的“工业母机”。

这里有一个重要背景,虽然在全球TOP10光模块厂商中,中国企业占7席,高速数通(800G/1.6T)细分市场份额更高,但在制造光模块核心元件的设备厂这块,主流公司依然在国外,“国货”属性的“工业母机”依然紧缺。

而蓝盾光电计划收购的岚创科技,主要业务就是研发、销售高端真空镀膜设备,这些设备正是制造光模块核心元件的必备设备。

广义来看,岚创科技也可以被划在光通信领域,但它不卖光模块,也不卖滤光片成品,而是给滤光片工厂提供生产设备,是光通信上游的装备环节。

蓝盾光电上述收购计划最早于7月28日披露,但蓝盾光电的股票从7月21日就开始进入上涨通道,至8月18日,蓝盾光电股价收盘价从15.32元/股上涨至56.5元/股,累计涨幅超过269%,总市值约104.3亿元。

面对股价持续上涨,蓝盾光电称,自2026年8月10日至8月18日,公司股价累计5个交易日涨停,股价短期内上涨197.21%,已累积巨大交易风险,严重偏离上市公司基本面,公司股票于2026年8月19日(星期三)起停牌,预计停牌时间不超过3个交易日。

01 岚创科技的设备很稀缺?

先说一个背景,目前全球能生产高性能真空镀膜设备的厂商,大部分是国外公司,国内很少。

海外主流公司里,德国的布勒莱宝光学(Bühler‐Leybold)是全球TFF滤光片设备标杆,核心产品是布勒莱宝IBS‐1400系列离子束溅射设备;美国的维科(Veeco)是海外老牌IBS设备大厂;日本的光驰科技(Optorun)在消费电子光学市场极强。

全球头部TFF滤光片厂商,用于量产DWDM/LWDM超窄带薄膜滤光片的核心产线,普遍配置德国布勒莱宝(Leybold)、美国Veeco的IBS离子束溅射镀膜设备,滤光片厂商在此硬件基础上叠加自有的膜系与工艺技术实现产品量产。

国内头部滤光片厂当年建设高端TFF产线,同样采购莱宝、Veeco的IBS设备。

蓝盾光电在“收购预案”里的说法是:岚创科技是国内少数在超窄带薄膜滤光片(TFF)领域实现商业化量产的高端装备制造商,成功突破了薄膜表面缺陷等关键工艺瓶颈,设备综合产出和技术稳定性居于行业前列。

目前,高精度磁控溅射镀膜设备、高速IBS(离子束溅射)设备、ALD(原子层沉积)设备等是岚创科技的主要产品或主攻方向。有了这些高精设备,才能制作光通信领域的需要的滤光片。

比如对标德国莱宝、美国Veeco的高速IBS离子束溅射设备,可以用于生产DWDM/LWDM超窄带TFF滤光片裸片,是800G/1.6T高速数通光模块的关键生产装备。

不过,需要区分的是,800G/1.6T光模块由三大大类架构并行:并行多通道无波分、TFF-Z-Block波分、AWG-PLC波分。TFF只是其中一类子方案。

在8通道LWDM/MWDM波分架构内部,TFF超窄带薄膜滤光片(装配为Z‐Block组件)是主流实现方案,用于800G‐FR8、1.6T‐2FR4这类需要波分复用的模块。

放眼全部800G、1.6T光模块整体市场,TFF路线并不是唯一路线。市场中还有大量DR/VR/SR并行架构的光模块,不需要波分复用,也就完全不使用TFF滤光片;波分场景内部,也存在AWG阵列波导光栅作为替代方案。

岚创科技生产的IBS/磁控溅射镀膜设备可用于制造TFF滤光片,但它对应的市场,不只是“800G/1.6T光模块大盘”,还对应LWDM/MWDM波分这条细分赛道上游装备需求,同时还面向电信DWDM、仪器、医疗激光等非数通场景。

而这段时间股市上资本对于蓝盾光电收购岚创科技的追捧,根源还是来自“追光”概念的热度,但仔细分析下来,值不值得两三倍的涨幅,就要靠个人判断了。

此外,近期光模块大厂纷纷扩产,以及向上游布局的动作,也拉升了投资者对岚创科技的关注热度,毕竟岚创科技也属于光模块上游设备大厂了。

就在6月,东山精密披露,旗下索尔思光电及其子公司计划在常州等地实施光芯片及光模块扩建项目,项目总投资额12亿美元;

中际旭创近期宣布17.47亿元拟受让中石科技10.47%股份,意图缓解产业链上的散热需求,此前旗下全资子公司中际旭创(上海)投资有限公司,也已斥巨资跻身PCB龙头鹏鼎控股第四大股东;

光迅科技则募资34.85亿元投向“算力中心光连接及高速光传输产品生产建设”等项目,用于扩大生产高速光模块,同时配套相干产品、光开关、高密度连接器;

华工科技参股EML芯片设计公司云岭光电,布局CPO技术平台;

铭普光磁拟定增不超过12.83亿元,其中7.88亿元投向高速光模块智能制造项目,建设800G/1.6T高速数通光模块产线......

光模块厂商纷纷扩产、投资这波趋势,也自然吸引了股市中更多的“追光者”。

02 三家A股平台,撑起袁永刚的“光电版图”

蓝盾光电的实控人是袁永刚、王文娟夫妇,在“追光”的赛道上已经是“资深选手”,逐步搭建起横跨光模块、电池、高端科学仪器的产业版图,除了蓝盾光电,他们实控的东山精密、安孚科技更受投资者关注。

在光电赛道上,东山精密是袁永刚布局的核心载体。

2025年,东山精密斥资不超过59.35亿元收购索尔思光电100%股权,正式切入光模块赛道,索尔思光电跻身全球光模块供应商前十榜单。

收购并表之后,光模块业务带动东山精密业绩大幅上扬,2026上半年公司预计归母净利润29~30亿元,同比大涨282.58%~295.78%;资本市场也给出反馈,即便经历回调,东山精密市值仍约3600亿元,袁永刚直接持股约16.53%,对应持股市值高达595亿元。

受东山精密光模块业务带动股价大涨,在《2025胡润百富榜》中,袁富根(袁永刚父亲)家族账面财富达440亿元,位列全国第130位。而在《2026胡润全球富豪榜》中,袁富根家族财富已经上涨至505亿元,榜单排名579位。

类似的剧情似乎也在蓝盾光电身上重演,蓝盾光电抛出收购岚创科技的收购预案后,这家原本主营环境监测、气象观测分析仪器的公司,一度收获四个20cm一字板,截至8月18日收盘,总市值直接过百亿。

值得注意的是,蓝盾光电自身基本面承压,2025年归母净利润亏损8876.65万元,2026年一季度继续亏损866.43万元;而岚创科技成长性突出,2026上半年净利润已达1.02亿元。若交易落地,蓝盾光电将新增高端镀膜设备业务,同时依托岚创科技的设备工艺,缓解自身仪器业务光学元器件的进口依赖,也完成袁永刚光电版图向光通信上游装备的延伸。

除此之外,袁永刚控制的安孚科技,在南孚电池基本盘之外,也开始布局光电芯片赛道,2025年战略入股光芯片企业苏州易缆微,同时投资国产GPU厂商象帝先,拓展第二成长曲线。

安孚科技市值相较袁永刚入主之初上涨超四倍,最高市值一度突破两百亿元,但也面临高额商誉的减值风险。

多张产业牌背后,风险同样客观存在。东山精密大额扩产带来债务规模抬升;蓝盾光电重组存在审批变数;安孚科技高达29亿元的商誉悬顶。

一边是资本并购带来的业绩与市值弹性,另一边是技术迭代、负债、商誉等多重考验,袁永刚这套横跨“装备‐器件‐光模块”的光电棋局,后续整合成效仍有待时间检验。
