Популярный Web3-кошелек Phantom анонсировал «стабильную монету» CASH, привязанную к доллару США. Разработка ляжет в основу новой финансовой платформы проекта под названием Phantom Cash.

«Стейблкоины — атомарная единица потребительских финансов. Но на рынке не было решения, которое подходило бы для Phantom. Поэтому мы создали актив, который искали сами, и он открыт для использования любыми разработчиками», — отметил вице-президент по стратегии кошелька Донни Динч.

CASH создали с использованием площадки Open Issuance от платежного гиганта Stripe. Запущенная 30 сентября платформа использует стейблкоин-инфраструктуру от проекта Bridge.

Как говорится на сайте проекта, ключевое преимущество актива для разработчиков и партнеров — возможность получать 100% чистой выручки от его использования. Изначально он будет работать на Solana. В последующем Phantom добавит поддержку других блокчейнов.

«CASH — полностью обеспеченный стейблкоин от Bridge и Phantom, созданный как открытая экосистема для криптовалютных и традиционных платежей», — добавили разработчики.

Новая платформа

Первым применением CASH станет интеграция в Phantom Cash — новую финансовую сеть, которая расширит функциональность кошелька.

Площадка предоставит пользователям следующие возможности:

  • мгновенное пополнение с банковских счетов;
  • P2P-платежи между пользователями;
  • выпуск дебетовых карт Visa;
  • начисление вознаграждений за хранение стейблкоинов.

«Мы хотели создать лучшую потребительскую финансовую платформу для людей. Нам нужно было предложить более разнообразный набор функций в продукте», — пояснил Динч.

Phantom Cash доступна в режиме ограниченного раннего доступа. Полноценный запуск ожидается в октябре.

Напомним, 15 сентября состоялся релиз «стабильной монеты» от еще одного популярного Web3-кошелька — MetaMask. За неделю после старта торгов объем выпуска стейблкоина mUSD превысил $65 млн.

Специалисты рейтингового агентства Moody’s предупредили о рисках бума привязанных к фиату монет. Аналитики JPMorgan заявили, что ожидаемая волна запуска таких активов в США может превратиться в «соревнование с нулевой суммой».
