本次申请的TRX ETF,其特别之处在于融入质押机制,能够为投资者提供增强收益的机会。在目前所有提交S-1文件的加密货币ETF中,TRX ETF是少数带有质押功能的。

孙宇晨认为,能够进入S-1文件提交阶段的ETF申请少之又少,在成功提交S-1后,TRX ETF距离通过并不遥远;即便SEC在第一轮反馈中拒绝,也会根据SEC的意见修改S-1文件并继续提交。

孙宇晨表示,ETF通过之后的潜在影响也被低估了。“比特币现货ETF获批后,流入的新增资金只有几百亿美元,但在市值上拉出了上万亿美元的行情,这就是典型的‘信心杠杆效应’。如果TRX ETF获批,影响力不会比上次差,甚至可能是下一波行情的导火索,也会带动华尔街新一波加密货币ETF的热潮。”
