Проект RedStone объявил о запуске новой инициативы под названием Miners. Она направлена на то, чтобы вовлекать и поощрять самых активных участников комьюнити.

Программа разбита на квартальные циклы и основана на системе уровней и ролей. Участники могут продвигаться, выполняя задания, участвуя в кампаниях и коллабах, проявляя креативность и стабильную активность. За выполненные действия начисляются специальные баллы RedStone Gems (RSG), которые затем можно обменять на реальные награды.

Как работает программа RedStone Miners

Внутри экосистемы выделено три уровня: Miner, Elite Miner и Supreme Miner. Все участники начинают с базовой категории и получают доступ к открытым ивентам и комьюнити-коллам. Те, кто показывает больше вовлечённости, могут подать заявку на статус Elite Miner. Он открывает доступ к воркшопам, закрытым сессиям с командой и возможному заработку в токенах $RED в зависимости от активности.

Участники, которые показывают стабильные результаты, могут получить статус Supreme Miner. Эти участники уже сами курируют команды, получают ежемесячные выплаты в токенах или стейблкоинах и подключаются к стратегическим встречам с командой проекта и инвесторами.

Группы и принципы работы

Каждый участник программы должен присоединиться к одной или двум тематическим группам. В них распределяются задачи и ставятся конкретные цели. Среди направлений: соцсети, визуальный контент, разработка, комьюнити-менеджмент и вирусный маркетинг.

У каждой группы есть свои KPI и лидеры, которые отвечают за темп и качество работы. Неактивные участники исключаются из программы.

Подать заявку можно до 17 апреля 2025 года. Нужно заполнить форму, которую рассмотрит команда RedStone. Отобранным кандидатам помогут интегрироваться в группы и начать вносить вклад.

Программа сочетает в себе чёткую структуру, систему поощрений и понятный путь развития. Всё это направлено на рост экосистемы за счёт совместной работы комьюнити.
