С самого рассвета DeFi у крипты была навязчивая идея — не просто существовать внутри своих рамок, а приобщить к цифровому рынку традиционные активы, закидывая их в блокчейны в качестве залога. Сегодня финансовые гиганты все чаще заходят в эту сферу, так что шаг Securitize и Ethena выглядит логично: создать «правильную» дорогу для институционалов в еще не до конца освоенный мир DeFi.

«Токенизация как таковая – это просто переезд ценных бумаг на другой реестр, она дает экономию на комиссиях и автоматизацию, но по сути не делает с активами ничего кардинально нового», – поясняет Карлос Доминго, генеральный директор Securitize. «Зато DeFi выдумал массу неожиданных способов работы с цифровыми активами. Если удастся привнести эту магию в мир токенизированных RWA, рынок реально может измениться».

Для старта Converge заручился поддержкой солидных партнеров. Среди них – Pendle, Avara (материнская компания Aave Labs), Ethereal, Morpho и Maple Finance. За хранение активов будут отвечать Copper, Fireblocks, Komainu и Zodia, а за кроссчейн-мосты – LayerZero, Wormhole и RedStone (оракул).

Основатель Ethena Гай Янг уверяет, что с переходом экосистемы на новый блокчейн откроются свежие юзкейсы.

«Можно будет юзать эти активы как залог в кастомных денежных маркетах или совершать полноценную торговлю активами, которых пока на блокчейне нет в массовом масштабе. Это могут быть акции, или что-то еще… Мы верим, что эта тема, находящаяся на стыке традиционных финансов и DeFi, станет одной из крупнейших возможностей ближайших лет».

Технически Converge будет 100% совместим с Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), так что без заморочек поддержит смарт-контракты, децентрализованные приложения и инструменты, уже существующие в эфирной экосистеме. Производительность у сети заявлена не хуже, чем у топовых блокчейнов.

Голосовалкой на блокчейне станет токен ENA от Ethena, который можно будет стейкать через sENA. Это поможет держать безопасность сети на уровне – правда, с участием централизованных бирж и традиционных финорганизаций. А вот в качестве газа в сети будут использоваться USDe и USDtb.

Главная фишка Converge – это смесь открытого доступа и обязательного KYC.

«DeFi изначально задумывался как анонимная и безразрешительная среда, но если мы говорим о залоге в виде регулируемых инструментов, одного KYC для кошельков уже недостаточно», – поясняет Доминго. «Тут нужны более жесткие меры».

Notably, AVO processed the visual game environments using a pure 64x64 text grid representation, without any image tokens. Originally developed for GPU kernel optimization, AVO autonomously evolved CUDA code for 7 days, producing attention kernels that outperformed NVIDIA's own cuDNN and the leading open-source implementation, FlashAttention-4. The same core architecture was then successfully applied to ARC-AGI-3, demonstrating its generalizability for long-horizon, autonomous problem-solving. The project features a predominantly Chinese team, including Distinguished Engineer Bing Xu (co-author of the original GAN paper and creator of MXNet) and Tianqi Chen (creator of TVM and XGBoost). NVIDIA's strategy highlights that while AI models are crucial, the surrounding system—managing memory, tools, and feedback—is equally vital for creating capable, long-term autonomous agents. This approach aligns with NVIDIA's focus on providing the essential hardware and software infrastructure for the next generation of AI workloads.
