Сингапур, Гонконг и ОАЭ возглавили рейтинг стран по уровню принятия криптоактивов, оставив позади страны Европы и Южной Америки. Это следует из отчета компании Henley & Partners.

Исследование охватывает 28 стран, в которых в той или иной форме действуют программы инвестиционной миграции. Эксперты использовали такие критерии, как общественное принятие, действующая инфраструктура, уровень инноваций и технологий, нормативно-правовая среда, налоги и прочее.

Самую высокую оценку — 45,7 из 60 — получил Сингапур. Среди отдельных преимуществ страны эксперты выделили экономические факторы, уровень инноваций и содействие властей. При этом среди населения принятие криптоактивов ниже, чем в ОАЭ или США.

«Сингапур способствует принятию криптовалют посредством поддерживающей банковской системы, значительных инвестиций и всеобъемлющего регулирования», — указано в отчете.

На втором месте находится Гонконг. Основными драйверами тут являются сравнительно более мягкое налогообложение, высокий уровень принятия и развития криптовалютная инфраструктура. Оценка этой юрисдикции — 42,1.

ОАЭ расположились на третьем месте. Тут самый высокий уровень принятия криптоактивов среди всей тройки. Наиболее мощным драйвером выступает максимальная лояльность системы налогообложения с действующими свободными зонами. Оценка юрисдикции — 41,8.

Примечательно, в топ-20 нет ни одной из стран СНГ, включая Украину. При этом в 2023 году страна вошла в пятерку лучших, согласно исследованию экспертов Chainalysis.

Украина уступила Индии, Нигерии, Вьетнаму и США. В то же время она обошла такие крупные рынки, как Бразилия, Китай, Турция и РФ.
