第二轮DV计划总览

Web3 基金会很高兴地宣布第二轮 Decentralized Voices 代表名单，包括 10 名 Kusama 代表和 10 名 Polkadot 代表（均比上一轮公布名单有所增加）。每位 Polkadot 代表将以 6 倍的信念值（Conviction）被委托 700,000 DOT 或 420 万 DOT 投票权；每位 Kusama 代表将以 6 倍的信念值（Conviction）被委托 3,000 KSM 或 18,000 KSM 投票权。此外，代表中还包括其他类型：特别是 Change 和 Treasurer 以及在原始队列中被委派的 Spender 和 Tipper 轨道。
