Биткоин отказывается терять 70 000 долларов в эти выходные. Был ли мой прогноз о минимуме в 49 000 долларов ошибочным?

Биткоин держится на плаву в эти выходные. После слабого роста индекса потребительских цен в пятницу цена продолжает стремиться к той же верхней зоне около 70 300 долларов, и предложения продолжают появляться выше 65 000 долларов.

Эта деталь важнее, чем задержка.

В прошлое воскресенье я определил 71 500 долларов как контрольную точку рынка, линию, которая определяет, станет ли этот отскок восстановлением или перерастет в очередное падение. Логика остается той же, уровень остается тем же, и поведение рынка ниже него на этот раз выглядит иначе.

Биткоину необходимо как можно скорее восстановиться после отметки в 71 500 долларов, иначе начнется дрейф обратно к 60 000 долларов.

BTC уже трижды провалил этот критический тест, и четвертая попытка сигнализирует о мощном прорыве или жестоком отскоке.

Brazil to Propose 3.5% Tax on Stablecoin Purchases and Remittances

The measure, described last week, would be submitted by Brazil’s Revenue Service for public consultation and would impose a 3.5% tax on both stablecoin purchases and remittances, treating them as foreign currency exchanges subject to the existing Tax on Financial Transactions (IOF).

The Brazilian crypto industry is on the verge of changing due to a new tax measure expected to be presented in the next few days.

According to Valor Econômico, the Brazilian government is preparing to close what many considered a gray area by classifying stablecoins as digital assets subject to taxation (IOF). The proposal will come from the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), which will specify that both stablecoin purchases and remittances will be taxed with 3.5% on their operations.

Nonetheless, individuals will be exempt from paying this percentage if they don’t transact over 10,000 Brazilian reais (nearly $1,910) monthly. Companies leveraging stablecoins will not enjoy this benefit.
This move would equate cryptocurrency transactions and traditional remittances, plugging a loophole that allowed both individuals and companies to sidestep taxation in these operations.

Local analysts explain that the proposal will also include a new level of oversight on institutions handling stablecoins. Tiago Severo, a crypto-specialized lawyer, highlighted that anyone who operates crypto for payments or international remittances “will need to raise governance, evidence trails, and controls to prevent money laundering to a level closer to the regulated exchange rate.”

Nonetheless, the measure is expected to face significant opposition from the crypto industry, as it will surely affect their operations

Bitcoin’s price defended $65k this week, effectively helping reset a key altcoin season signal to a “neutral” level, raising odds of further recovery.

According to blockchain analytics firm Swissblock, the Alts Impulse signal turned from negative to neutral, and a subsequent move to “positive” could trigger a short-term altcoin season.

“Should we witness a sharp spike in positive impulse—triggering a decisive bullish crossover—it would provide a precise signal for an upward move in the short term.”

The signal flipped negative in February, but eased over the past few days. This raised hopes for short-term relief for the altcoin market after extensive bleeding following BTC’s extended plunge into the sub-$60K range.

Hence, the question – Do other data sets align with a potential altcoin surge?

Stablecoin inflows suggest...

The Stablecoin Exchange Inflow, which tracks buying firepower, has been rising since January.

It rose to $4 billion in February, underscoring that more capital was deployed into the market, supporting the relief bounce seen earlier in the month. Since 10 February, however, the metric has fallen slightly from $4.3 billion to $3.7 billion.

This was not a sharp drop compared to the recovery seen from the beginning of the year. Hence, the metric’s sustained recovery could support the expected altcoin surge. However, an extended dip would mean limited capital inflows, keeping the overall market fragile.

That said, the ETH/BTC ratio, another key altcoin season tracker, recovered by 3.5% over the last few days. It suggested that ETH outperformed BTC – A pattern that has always marked altcoin market recoveries.

Should the ratio break out to the upside from its February range, a relatively strong altcoin season could be on the cards.

A small pullback would not necessarily be bearish and could even help build a stronger base for the next move.
