Will Pi Coin Continue Its Price Rally?

Pi Coin’s (PI) rally comes days after the team announced a series of significant upgrades. The team stated that the first upgrade will take place on Feb. 15, 2026. Investor sentiment may have got a boost from the upgrade announcement. Moreover, the team announced that more 16 million users have transitioned to the project’s mainnet. The large figure shows the a strong community within the PI ecosystem.

While the rally is commendable, it is unlikely that PI’s rally will continue, given the larger bearish market environment. Bitcoin (BTC) is on the verge of falling below $66,000, and other assets will likely follow BTC’s trajectory. BTC falling below $66,000 could trigger a market-wide downtrend. PI’s price could face a massive correction under such circumstances.

CoinCodex analysts also do not anticipate Pi Coin’s price rally to continue over the coming days. The platform predicts PI’s price to fall below the 10-cent mark, dipping to $0.09684 on Feb. 21. Falling to $0.09684 from current price levels will entail a correction of about 30.31%.

Pi Coin (PI) will likely enter a full on recovery mode when the larger economy improves. Investors are staying away from risky assets, and will likely continue their risk-off approach over the coming months.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially started reviewing Grayscale’s proposal for a Cardano (ADA) exchange-traded fund (ETF). If approved, this would be a major milestone for Cardano, making it easier for investors to gain exposure to ADA through traditional markets.


This move follows NYSE Arca’s request to list and trade shares of the Grayscale Cardano Trust on the stock exchange. With the SEC now reviewing the application, the countdown to a decision has begun – one that could shape ADA’s future in a big way. A final ruling is expected within 180 days.

Cardano ETF Review Begins
On February 24, 2025, the SEC formally accepted NYSE Arca’s application, marking the start of the review process. The request was originally submitted on February 10, 2025. If approved, this ETF would allow investors to gain exposure to Cardano (ADA) through a regulated platform without needing to hold the cryptocurrency directly.

A Cardano ETF would make it easier for investors to buy and sell shares tied to ADA’s price. This could attract more traditional investors and increase ADA’s accessibility in a secure and regulated environment.

Current majority owner Leo Radvinsky, who acquired OnlyFans from founders Tim and Guy Stokley in 2018, has attempted to pivot the platform toward a social-media-style experience while still generating revenue. Financial filings show Radvinsky has received nearly $1 billion in dividends over two years. Radvinsky began exploring offers to sell the platform last year for around $8 billion. OnlyFans continues to be highly profitable, with annual net revenue near $1.6 billion, and Architect Capital envisions a public listing by 2028. The sale remains speculative, with negotiations ongoing and no contract finalized.
