Соответственно, 12 января SEC объявила о продлении срока принятия решения по активному крипто-ETF T. Rowe Price и спотовому ETF Canary Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) в рамках процедуры 19b-4 по изменению правил биржи.

 Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC) объявила, что предоставит до 45 дополнительных дней для рассмотрения этих ETF.

Активный криптовалютный ETF от T. Rowe Price — это продукт, позволяющий инвестировать в диверсифицированный портфель цифровых активов, выходящий за рамки биткоина и эфириума.

По мнению экспертов, недавние задержки в оценке ETF не означают окончательного решения, а скорее указывают на то, что SEC требуется больше времени для оценки продуктов, отличных от биткоина и эфириума.
