EEA Privacy Working Group releases first report on enterprise privacy for Ethereum
The Enterprise Ethereum Alliance has published its first-ever report from its Privacy Working Group, titled “State of Privacy on Ethereum for Enterprise.” The document is designed as a practical resource for organizations trying to figure out whether Ethereum’s technology can meet their privacy, regulatory, and fiduciary standards.

The report is the product of three months of collaboration among seven EEA member organizations. The core problem the EEA identified is straightforward: privacy technologies exist, but businesses lack a systematic framework to assess them. That disconnect has become increasingly expensive as projects try to move from experimentation to production-grade deployments.

Cardano Could Be Ready for New Bull Rally as SuperTrend Flashes Buy Signal
Analyst Ali Martinez believes Cardano may be entering a new bullish phase after a key technical indicator flipped positive for the first time in months.


In a recent post on X, Martinez said the SuperTrend indicator has issued a fresh buy signal on ADA’s daily chart.

He described the indicator as one of his most reliable tools for tracking Cardano’s long-term direction. According to him, the same indicator previously flashed a sell signal on September 25, 2025, a call that accurately marked the beginning of a 73% correction in Cardano’s price.

After enduring months of heavy downside pressure, Martinez now believes the exhaustion phase may be ending. In other words, a trend reversal could be underway.

The partnership, announced on Thursday, marks a major shift for the Hyperliquid stablecoin infrastructure, bringing in Coinbase through its Aligned Quote Asset framework. Сенаторы Рубен Гальего и Анджела Алторбуш присоединились к республиканцам, чтобы продвинуть этот далеко идущий законопроект о структуре криптовалютного рынка.

В четверг Комитет Сената по банковским делам одобрил Закон о прозрачности рынков цифровых активов 15 голосами против 9. Сенаторы Рубен Гальего (демократ от Аризоны) и Анджела Алторбуш (демократ от Мэриленда), вместе со всеми 13 республиканцами, направили этот важный законопроект о структуре криптовалютного рынка в Сенат для рассмотрения.

Закон о прозрачности рынков цифровых активов — это предложение Сената о создании федеральной структуры для торговли цифровыми активами, стейблкоинами и посредниками. Цель законопроекта — делегировать регулирующие полномочия Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC) и Комиссии по торговле товарными фьючерсами (CFTC), а также установить правила регистрации, раскрытия информации и соблюдения требований для бирж, брокеров и депозитариев.
