American entrepreneur and author of "Rich Dad Poor Dad" Robert Kiyosaki discussed the influence of futurist Richard Buckminster Fuller on his worldview and linked Fuller's long-standing technological predictions to the emergence of Bitcoin and the development of artificial intelligence.
In a post on X, Kiyosaki also raised the question of an individual's personal purpose and recalled his own journey from working in the music business to creating the financial board game Cashflow and writing "Rich Dad Poor Dad."
Kiyosaki recalled that he previously earned a living in the music business, developing products for bands including The Police, Van Halen, and Iron Maiden. Despite financial success and the opportunity to spend time backstage with musicians, the entrepreneur noted that he gradually began to feel an inner emptiness.
According to him, a turning point was meeting Fuller, whom Kiyosaki called one of his heroes. The entrepreneur studied under him over the course of three summer seasons.
Fuller Predicted the Emergence of Bitcoin and AI
Kiyosaki described Fuller as a "friendly genius" and a futurist who predicted a number of major changes in the world. Among these, the entrepreneur specifically highlighted the emergence of Bitcoin and the development of AI.
"Bucky [Fuller] predicted world-changing shifts like Bitcoin today and the upcoming emergence of AI," wrote Kiyosaki.
At the same time, the post was dedicated less to technological forecasts and more to how his mentor's words influenced Kiyosaki himself. The entrepreneur recalled a phrase from Fuller that he heard during one of his lectures:
"You do not belong to you. You belong to the Universe. Your true purpose may remain forever elusive to you [...] but you can be certain you are fulfilling your life's purpose if you dedicate your life to being of maximum use to others."
Kiyosaki noted that it took him some time to realize the meaning of these words.
Kiyosaki Continues to Bet on Cryptocurrencies
The topic of Bitcoin and other digital assets regularly appears in Kiyosaki's financial forecasts. He has previously stated that he buys Bitcoin when other investors panic and sell assets, and has repeatedly linked the cryptocurrency to capital protection amidst problems in the traditional financial system.
He has also called Ethereum the "best asset" for investment.
In particular, in 2026, Kiyosaki continued to predict a major financial market crash and called it a potential opportunity for prepared investors. Among the assets he highlighted were Bitcoin, Ethereum, gold, and silver.
Previously, the entrepreneur also forecasted that after a major market crash, Bitcoin could rise to $750,000, Ethereum to approximately $95,000, gold to $35,000 per ounce, and silver to $200.
