SOL技术分析————
SOL日线看两连阴回踩7日均线，布林带开口状态短期均线继续保持向上运行，MACD快慢线有拐头的迹象量柱转缩量，KDJ交叉向下。四小时在下轨得到支撑，目前连续收小阳线有短期筑底的迹象，上方中轨一带是目前需要特别关注的，突破企稳就延续测试前高附近，所以短线第一阻力关注238一带，其次就是248，下方支撑关注232-230，如果该支撑破位就要关注226-224一带，短线参考支撑阻力介入。


ADA技术分析————
ADA上条分析基本符合预期，日线看连阴回踩中轨得到支撑布林带呈走平状态，MACD快慢线拐头向下量柱缩量，KDJ拐头向下。四小时在EMA200一带得到支撑，目前也是处于回踩上升趋势线的结构，所以短线目前在测试支撑附近关注0.85-0.8的支撑，若出现破位就关注0.69一带的水平支撑，上方短期阻力关注0.89，其次就是0.93。


BNB技术分析————
BNB日线看在945附近受阻回撤调整，目前在7日均线一带回到支撑，四小时看在下轨附近开始反弹短期整体的结构依然保持上升趋势，只要日线级别的7日均线不破位继续看上涨，短期支撑关注917，其次就是906，上方阻力关注973附近，其次就是1000的整数关口，短线参考上述的支撑阻力介入
