Включение биткоина в пенсионные планы, включая 401(k), может привести к росту курса актива до $200 000. Об этом заявил глава европейского отдела исследований компании Bitwise Андре Драгош в интервью для Cointelegraph.

Напомним, президент США Дональд Трамп подписал указ о включении частного капитала, недвижимости и виртуальных активов в пенсионные планы с вкладами (DC) в начале августа 2025 года. Драгош считает, что это событие по своей важности может превзойти запуск спотовых биткоин-ETF.

«Это сигнал о потенциальном привлечении еще $122 млрд нового капитала, если предположить, что на криптоактивы выделят скромный 1% от объема средств в этом секторе. Если взглянуть на 401(k) и DC в целом — они огромны. И 1% — это относительно консервативная оценка распределения для сектора в $12,2 трлн», — заявил он.

Вместе с тем, данные опроса Bitwise показывают, что большинство агентов, управляющих пенсионными планами, порекомендуют клиентам выделить под биткоин 2,5%-3%. Это значительно выше упомянутой консервативной оценки в 1%.

Это до $360 млрд в виде дополнительного притока средств. Для сравнения, по состоянию на 18 августа 2025 года сектор спотовых биткоин-ETF оценивается в $150,89 млрд, согласно SoSoValue.

По словам Драгоша, первые поступления средств с пенсионных счетов в биткоин можно ждать уже осенью 2025 года. Если Федеральная резервная система (США) снизит процентную ставку в сентябре, то к концу года курс актива достигнет $200 000, считает эксперт.

Вместе с тем отметим, что вероятность смягчения политики регулятора несколько снизилась после публикации данных об индексе цен производителей в июле 2025 года. Это же привело к коррекции на крипторынке 18 августа.

A concurrent weakening of the KRW also contributed to the trading spike, independent of the fee waiver. The analysis suggests that once the promotion ends, Upbit is unlikely to retain its temporary gains unless it matches Coinone's permanent zero-fee policy, forcing a choice between market share and fee revenue. Upbit's strategic push may be less about immediate profit and more about preparing for future regulatory shifts. With South Korea's *Digital Asset Basic Act* on the horizon, which will regulate KRW-backed stablecoins, and following Dunamu's (Upbit's parent) integration into Naver Financial to build a payment ecosystem, securing a dominant position in the dollar stablecoin distribution channel holds long-term strategic value. However, potential regulatory conflicts could prevent Upbit from listing a future Naver-issued KRW stablecoin, making the current fight for dollar stablecoin flow even more critical.
