Dear HTX Users,
Starting April 10, 2026, HTX will implement an adjustment to the maximum number of sub-accounts that users can manually create via the "Sub-Account Management" page in the Profile section.
Following this update, sub-account creation quota will be tiered based on your Prime level, as outlined below:

Special Scenarios
1. Exceeding the New Limit Before the Update
If your current number of sub-accounts already exceeds your corresponding limit at the time of the update (e.g., a Prime 0 user with 20 sub-accounts), then:
- Your existing sub-accounts will remain fully functional.
- You will not be able to create new sub-accounts after the update, if you maintain the current sub-account count.
- To regain the ability to create new sub-accounts, you must delete existing sub-accounts until the total falls below your limit.
- Example: If you are Prime 0 (limit: 10), and currently hold 20 sub-accounts, you must reduce your count to the limit (e.g., 9) before you can create a new one.
2. Prime Level Downgrade After the Update
If your Prime level decreases after the update, causing your sub-account count to exceed the new limit (e.g., from Prime 2 to Prime 1, where the limit drops from 30 to 10):
- Your existing sub-accounts will remain unaffected and usable.
- You will not be able to create new sub-accounts, if you maintain the current sub-account count.
- To create new sub-accounts again, you must reduce your current count below the new limit.
- Example: If you downgrade from Prime 2 to Prime 1 (limit: 10), and currently hold 30 sub-accounts, you must reduce your count to below the limit (e.g., 9) before you can create a new one.
