Strategy потратила 25 миллионов долларов на привилегированные акции по цене ниже 100 долларов и по-прежнему располагает 975 миллионами долларов для дальнейшего выкупа. Компания Strategy (ранее MicroStrategy) начала выкупать свои привилегированные акции STRC, поскольку компания, управляющая биткоинами, направляет больше капитала на поддержку своей финансовой структуры.

В обновлении SEC от 27 июля Strategy сообщила, что приобрела 288 930 акций STRC на сумму 25 миллионов долларов в период с 20 по 26 июля, что стало первым раскрытым использованием программы выкупа привилегированных акций на сумму 1 миллиард долларов, одобренной в прошлом месяце.
